This position will work closely with HelpSystems customers to understand their data protection requirements and validate the programs in place to best meet their needs. This includes providing regular updates to customer’s security teams and senior management on program performance and recommendations based on the changing threat landscape. Individuals in this role need to maintain a strong knowledge of offered data protection solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Identify and remediate data breach and egress events in customer environments
• Developing Data Loss Prevention rules in DG Analytics & Reporting Cloud (ARC)
• Customize security analysis driven dashboards and provide customer reports and analytics
• Configuring customer environments including DG ARC detection rules and scheduled reports
• Working consultatively with customers, providing weekly presentations and updates
• Identifying and addressing rule violations in Digital Guardian solutions
• Utilizing data whitelisting and filtering techniques to reduce unwanted alerts
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned customers
• Providing customer onboarding assistance
• Conducting DG ARC training sessions
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Seeking candidates with up to 5 years’ experience; preferably in the security industry
• Analytical skills with the ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems and concepts, and make decisions based on available information
• Ability to troubleshoot and think creatively in pressurized situations
• Experience in end-user computer systems (Windows OS, Mac OS) and typical office productivity applications (e.g., Word, Exchange, Excel)
• Experience running queries and/or reporting tools considered an asset
• Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
